Do you make custom orders?

How long does a custom piece take?
- All jewelry is made as ordered and turnaround time varies depending on the availability of materials. Most orders are shipped in 5-10 business days.
How do I measure for a custom sized collar?
- To get the perfect fit for a custom sized collar, find a necklace that fits exactly the way you want the collar to fit and measure from end to end. Custom sized pieces are not able to return once made unless quality is compromised. If you need any further help with sizing, send an email to midnightrubynyc@gmail.com to discuss.
Do you have non-leather options?
- Vegan and non animal materials are available depending on availability. Stock is not always in the shop but contact me to discuss options. Quality is of high importance to the Adorned by Midnight brand. Synthetic material tends to be less durable which is why leather is used primarily throughout the collection. Sourcing of quality non leather material is an ongoing process currently in the works.
